The invention relates to a method for the monitoring, control and data-collection of distributed system components (SC, M, E, HI1, HI2, P1...Pn, R1...Rn, D1...D2) of a service-oriented automation system (AS), as well as to a service-oriented automation system. System component functions are provided as services (S) and offered and/or requested, via a service bus (SB), between the system components (SC, M, E, HI1, HI2, P1...Pn, R1...Rn, D1...D2), the behaviour of the service-oriented automation system (AS) being controlled by an orchestration of the services (S) of the system components (SC, M, E, HI1, HI2, P1...Pn, R1...Rn, D1...D2) using orchestration engines (OE) that are implemented distributed in the system components (SC, M, E, HI1, HI2, P1...Pn, R1...Rn, D1...D2), and by generating complex functions and/or new functions that are not offered as services (S) by existing system components. In order for conflict situations in the implementation of service orchestrations to be resolved in running time conditions, in real time, and in a simple manner, conflicts which arise in the orchestration of services (S) are reported to the service bus (SB) as events (E, N), these events (E, N) are collected and stored by means of a monitoring, control and data-collection system (SC) coupled to said service bus (SB), the events (E, N) are classified and processed using an event processing tool (EVT) and, on the basis of this classification and using a decision assistance tool (EUT), new services (S) are generated and/or requests are produced for existing services (S) for configuring, optimising and restoring the system. |
