PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like article, specifically a leathery sheet-like article that does not use an organic solvent in a producing process, is environment-friendly, is soft, and has superior appearance quality.SOLUTION: The sheet-like article contains a water dispersion type polyurethane in an inner part of a fibrous substrate containing ultrafine fibers having an average single fiber diameter of 0.3 to 7 μm, and has naps on at least one surface. When a bending resistance obtained by setting one face of the sheet-like article as an upper face is defined as x, and a bending resistance obtained by setting another face as an upper face is defined as y, the bending resistances satisfy 2≤x≤15, 2≤y≤15 and |x-y|≥1. |
