PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator in which a plurality of three-phase winding sets are independently driven by drive circuits, respectively, and reliability of bus bars for the plurality of three-phase winding sets can be improved while downsizing of a physical constitution is secured, and a motor.SOLUTION: A stator is provided in which lead-out starting ends and lead-out terminal ends of windings U1-U4, V1-V4, and W1-W4 of first and second three-phase windings wound on a stator core 30 are led out in a shaft line direction at a short distance, and the lead-out starting ends and lead-out terminal ends are connected with corresponding first to twelfth bus bars B1-B12, respectively. This eliminates crossovers and complicated laying of wiring to make wiring compact, to thus realize a compact and highly reliable brushless motor. |
