PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire maker which allows a fire making operation without producing smoke nor a casual fire.SOLUTION: There is provided a fire maker 1 comprising a rod-like fire drill pestle 3, and a wooden fire drill plate 5 having a concave fire drill mortar 5a, into which a tip part 3a of the fire drill pestle 3 is inserted while pressed against a bottom part 5b, formed at an upper surface part, and provided with a friction reduction member 4 for reducing friction between the tip part 3a of the fire drill pestle 3 and the bottom part 5b of the fire drill mortar 5a. |
