The tank (1) has a filler pipe (3) with a filling opening (4) for filling the tank with a reducing agent (2). The filling opening is lockable by removable cap (7) and with ventilation for pressure equalization between a tank inner space (9) and the tank surrounding atmosphere (10). A valve (14) is provided in a switching position, which closes a connection between a vent pipe (11) and the filler pipe, and releases another connection between the vent pipe and a line section (17). The valve is arranged in another switching position, where the filling opening is closed through a cover (7).
