An object of the invention is to provide a non-contact charging system and a control device in which the non-contact charging system and a wireless communication system are formed so that non-contact charging and wireless communication are compatible with each other. A control unit 4 is connected to a wireless communication unit 3 which wirelessly communicates with an electronic key 7 to control operation of an electrical component of a vehicle and a non-contact charging unit 2 which non-contactly feeds electric power to a portable device 6. The control unit 4 transmits control signals to the devices respectively so that a power feeding operation of the non-contact charging unit 2 to the portable device 6 is stopped at timing of communication between the wireless communication unit 3 and the electronic key 7.
