<p>A roller core comprises a hollow cylindrical aluminum roller body (21) and two step-shaped steel roller shafts (22). The two roller shafts (22) are respectively connected to the two ends of the roller body (21) by friction welding. The step-shaped roller shaft is divided into two sections in the axial direction. An inner wall of the hollow cylindrical roller body (21) is closely enveloped on the side of the first section (23) of the roller shaft. The combination of the roller body and the roller shaft is based on the engagement of both ends in the form of plane, and safeguarded by tight fit and lock. Thus, there is no need of the roller body with larger diameter to ensure the best engagement effect between the aluminum roller body and the steel roller shaft, so that the using requirement of the roller core is reached and the production cost is reduced.</p> |
