PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device and a method for manufacturing an electro-optic device capable of improving display qualities, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: The electro-optic device includes, on a first substrate 10a: a connection pad 61 to be electrically connected to an FPC terminal 66 via an anisotropic conductive adhesive film 65; and a plurality of plugs 64 disposed below the connection pad 61 and in contact with the connection pad 61. The plurality of plugs 64 is formed like grooves, in which the width between adjoining plugs 64 of the plurality of plugs 64 is smaller than a diameter of metal particles included in the anisotropic conductive adhesive film 65. |
