PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator that allows maintenance work to be done without any time constraint, without all power stored in a storage capacitor being discharged, and without an operation to return to a normal use state being forgotten.SOLUTION: A latching relay contact 31 is provided in a power supply passage from a storage capacitor 30 to a motor 25. The latching relay contact 31 is opened when a set coil 32 of a latching relay is energized and biased, and the latching relay contact 31 is closed when a reset coil 33 of the latching relay is energized and biased. In maintenance work, a power switch 22 is turned off, and the motor 25 is driven by power from the storage capacitor 30. An automatic contact return switch 35 is turned on, and power from the power storage capacitor 30 is supplied to the set coil 32 so as to open the latching relay contact 31. At the time of being re-energized, the latching relay contact 31 is switched automatically from open to closed by the reset coil 33, and returns to a normal use state. |
