PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip for a stick which transfers a force applied to the grip to a stick shaft without waste, on which even a sitting user readily puts his/her weight, and which has a shape inhibiting fingers put thereon from slipping when the grip gets wet with water drops, and to provide a walking aid stick with the grip for a stick.SOLUTION: A grip for a stick has a side surface having a substantially comma shape in which a tapered end is directed upward, the comma shape has a protruding surface formed with a plurality of wavy gripping grooves, a virtual line connecting between the center of gravity of the grip and the vertex at the end, is inclined at an angle of 25° to 40° toward the protruding surface relative to a stick shaft, and the grip is disposed at the upper end of the stick shaft so that a point to which the load of a hand holding the grip is applied, and the axis of the stick shaft are positioned substantially concentrically. |
