PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing plate capable of being installed and fixed onto a construction site while coping with its various situations, and to provide construction method therefor.SOLUTION: In the upper frame and the lower frame of the sound absorbing plate, grooved parts open to the outside are formed throughout their lengths along the longitudinal directions, respectively. The grooved parts are formed with their opening edges protruded inside. The grooved parts can slidably store fastening members inside while allowing fastened members to be fastened from the outside to the fastening members. Mounting brackets for fixing the sound absorbing plate to the construction site can be easily mounted on the sound absorbing plate with the fastened members fastened to the fastening members. When obstacles for interrupting the fixation of the mounting brackets exist in the construction site, the fastening members are slid and arranged onto suitable positions where the mounting brackets are fixed for construction. |
