PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel to be used for various electronic apparatuses, the touch panel being easy to see a display on the rear side and also securely operable.SOLUTION: An outer peripheral part of at least one of an upper conductive layer 13 and a lower conductive layer 15 is formed in a concave-convex shape where linear parts 13A and 13B having length of 5 mm or less are connected, so that the outer shapes of the upper conductive layer 13 and the lower conductive layer 15 are formed in a concave-convex shape where the small linear parts 13A and 13B are connected, and the outer peripheral parts of the upper conductive layer 13 and the lower conductive layer 15 are difficult to see, which provides a touch panel easy to see a display on the rear side and also securely operable. |
