PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which there was no compact fluid heating device capable of heating a high flow rate of gas or liquid at low cost.SOLUTION: A groove flow channel for fluid is formed at a side face of a metal cylinder, and a flow channel having no stagnation layer caused by a fluid passed through a narrowed flow channel perpendicularly crashing into a wall of a next flow channel is formed. Thermal exchange can be instantly done in a small space and manufacturing of its structure is easy. |
