PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slider removal method which can surely remove a slider for reclaiming a head suspension etc.SOLUTION: Provided is a method of removing a slider 5 attached to a flexure 3 of a head suspension 1 through an adhesive 19, where the slider 5 is for reading and writing information. In the method, the slider 5 is heated and ultrasonically excited; thereby the adhesive 19 is heated through an adhered surface 31 of the slider 5, and the adhered surface 31 is ultrasonically vibrated. |
