PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxime-based photopolymerization initiator made from a substance which is available on an industrial basis or relatively easily producible from a raw material available on an industrial basis, and a colored photosensitive resin composition using the same.SOLUTION: An oxime ester compound represented by general formula (I) is used as a photopolymerization initiator of a colored photosensitive resin composition. The colored photosensitive resin composition containing the oxime ester compound is excellent in developability.
