A method for enabling an experience analysis server to analyze a user's experience with a service being evaluated or a product being evaluated in real time, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: transmitting query data including an experience evaluation index; receiving answer data from a terminal device; and generating evaluation result data on the service being evaluated or the product being evaluated, wherein the step of transmitting query data comprises transmitting the query data for a series of detailed actions constituting the service being evaluated or for detailed features constituting the product being evaluated, and the step of generating evaluation result data comprises generating the evaluation result data on the basis of answer data received for the detailed actions or the detailed features.
