Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and specifically relate to a method, system, and device for configuring a channel measurement and for performing an uplink channel measurement, used for implementing in a dynamic TDD system the configuration of the channel measurement and for performance of the uplink channel measurement. The method of the embodiments of the present invention for configuring the channel measurement comprises: a network side device dividing uplink subframes into multiple uplink subframe groups on the basis of interferences on the uplink subframes; and the network side device notifying a user equipment of channel measurement configuration information corresponding to the uplink subframe groups. Because the network side device notifies the user equipment of the channel measurement configuration information corresponding to the multiple uplink subframe groups divided on the basis of the interferences on the uplink subframes, the configuration of the channel measurement is implemented in the dynamic TDD system.
