The present invention relates to a fluid dispenser, containing an ophthalmological composition which contains at least one omega-3-fatty acid or a derivative thereof and at least one glucosaminoglucan. When applied to or into the eye, the ophthalmological composition causes the ocular epithelium to proliferate and thus also improves ocular, in particular epithelial, wound healing. This ensures the efficient treatment of structural damages of the ocular surface. Also described is the use of this composition for cosmetics.
