PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of setup of facilities when utilizing land for purposes other than for arable land.SOLUTION: As a utilization method of land, a plurality of functional panels formed into a reference size are arrayed as a roof. Also, a building unit includes: the functional panels formed into the reference size and used as the roof, a beam part for supporting the plurality of arrayed functional panels; and a column part for supporting the beam part. In such a manner, since the functional panel to be used as the roof is formed into the reference size, the functional panels can be formed beforehand independent of an area of the land. Thus, when utilizing the land for purposes other than for arable land, the facilities can be efficiently installed and applicability to diversification of land utilization can be improved. |
