Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for adaptively locking a terminal screen, capable of effectively avoiding trouble brought to a user due to an undesired operation on a terminal. The method includes: determining whether a touch operation occurs on a terminal first; if there is no operation after a preset screen locking time, a system automatically locking the screen; if an operation exists on the terminal, recording and collecting statistics about the number of times of invalid operations in a preset time; and if the number of the invalid operations in the preset time meets a screen locking condition, locking the screen. The apparatus comprises a first determination module and a second determination module. |
