The present invention relates to a method for saccharifying marine algae extruded by a high pressure extrusion process by pretreatment and, more particularly, an eco-friendly method for saccharifying marine algae without an acidic or alkaline material by pretreating marine algae through a high pressure extrusion process and a process selected among a microwave process, an ultrasonic process, an ultra-high pressure process, and a homogenization process; and treating the marine algae with saccharifying enzymes. Polysaccharides forming the marine algae, such as cellulose, hemicellulose, starch, and conjugated saccharides which are non-biodegradable polymers are hybridized with high saccharification efficiency by the eco-friendly pretreatment process using water.
