Proposed method comprises application of polysulfone or polyester sulfone on substrate composed of nonwoven material to make ultrafiltration layer and formation of ultrathin polymer selective layer of aromatic polyamide on ultrafiltration layer surface. Selective layer is formed in treatment by aqueous solution of metaphenylenediamine including sodium lauryl sulfate, triethylamine, thiocamphoric acid, tetraethyl ammonium bromide, and processing by acylchloride agent in organic solvent and drying. Water used for preparing solution of metaphenylenediamine is deaerated by boiling and adding sodium hydrosulfite thereto.
