DETECTION METHOD OF SENSITIVE GENES FOR HIGH-DOSE-RATE RADIATION AND GENES DETECTED BY THIS METHOD

The present invention relates to a method for detecting a gene which is sensitive to high-dose ionizing radiation and a gene detected thereby. More specifically, the present invention provides a method for detecting a gene which is searched in a cancer-induced individual, is verified in a normal individual, and is sensitive to high-dose ionizing radiation by irradiating a cancer-induced ARK/J mouse and a normal ICR mouse with high-dose ionizing radiation and collecting thymuses from the mice; performing microarray of the thymuses; classifying fatty acid metabolism-related genes; and amplifying the genes and measuring expression levels of the genes. The present invention enables accurately detecting a gene which specifically responds to radiation by preventing intervention of confounding variables.
