In a lighting device of multi-level type for integrated high efficiency including a heat radiation base, LED crystal particles and a lead frame, the heat radiation base has a chamber including an accommodation space. A groove is formed in two inner sidewalls corresponding to the lower surface of the chamber. Because the groove has a small space, a phosphor layer covering the LED crystal particles and silica gel layer are formed by using a small amount of phosphor composition and silica gel. Therefore, the amount of raw material used is drastically reduced to save manufacturing costs and also, excellent brightness and uniformity are obtained by forming two inclined inner sidewalls for reflecting the beam of the LED crystal particles back to the outside of the chamber. |
