PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet extrusion mechanism for a tablet dispenser in which new tablet sheets are reloaded to a tablet cassette even when tablet sheets are remaining within the tablet cassette. SOLUTION: The tablet cassette 500 supports a main unit upper part 530 slidably in the front and back direction of a cassette base 510. The extrusion mechanism 550 is configured to extrude PTP tablet sheets 900, stored within the main unit upper section 530, in turns from a sheet located at the lowest position of the main unit upper section 530 by means of an extrusion member 5515. The extrusion mechanism has a retract mechanism that retracts the extrusion member 5515 from the main unit upper section 530 when the main unit upper section 530 is slid in the backward direction of the cassette base 510.
