The present invention relates to an insole which is installed in the heel part of height adjustable shoes, consists of two boards (1, 2) in which one end is welded and the other end is opened. A pillar (3) is installed on the other non-joint end between two boards (1, 2). The pillar (3) is installed on one board by a shaft (30) between two boards (1, 2). A pillar storage unit (11) is formed on at least one board (1) among two boards (1, 2). The upper end of the pillar (3) is accommodated on the other board (2) in which the pillar (3) is not be installed. A stopper (21) is formed to prevent the pillar (3) from being reversed. When a height adjustment effect is not necessary like hiking or running, the pillar is located at a pillar storage unit, thereby being used for ordinary shoes. When a height adjustment effect is necessary, the pillar is erected and the end of the pillar is stopped on the stopper, thereby being used for height adjustable shoes. |
