The assembly has a gutter holder comprising an engagement portion (14) in which a covering element (4) is engaged. A plating unit stresses a clamping element (16) toward a clamping wing (20) of the portion by moving the wing or support wing (22) with respect to the clamping element toward an open side (CO) defined by the wings. An actuating surface (18A) actuates the plating unit for clamping the covering element by pushing in a direction directed from a core side (CA) toward the open side. A collet (50) has a clamping branch (52) forming the clamping element and an inserted branch (54).
