PURPOSE: A mounting bush device for a cross member is provided to improve workability and assembly performance by assembling a lower plate with small pressure without using additional tools or equipment. CONSTITUTION: A mounting bush device(50) for a cross member comprises a rubber bush(52), a housing(51), an inner pipe(53), and a pressing connection unit(54). The housing and the inner pipe are individually arranged on the outside and the inside of the rubber bush and wrap the rubber bush.
