The present invention relates to a composition containing delta5-2-oxopiperazine derivatives for inducing differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into chondrocytes. According to the present invention, the delta5-2-oxopiperazine derivatives specifically induces differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into chondrocytes, thereby effectively treating cartilage disorders such as arthritis, cartilage injury, and cartilage loss.
