FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: system comprises the main pipeline, an electrically driven gate valve, facilities of measurement of processes, a central dispatching station with transceiving equipment and a recording device, accumulator batteries, a power cabinet, a microprocessor controller, a bypass line. At the same time the bypass line is tightly connected with the main pipeline upstream and downstream the electrically driven valve. Also the system comprises inverters, a hydraulic turbine, a power takeoff coupling, a power generator with a charging device, an internal combustion engine. The method includes collection of information on system parameters, its processing, data recording, transfer, reception, processing of a signal to actuating mechanisms, implementation of control at the central dispatching station over the processed information on parameters of the system and its processing with identification of emergency deviations of system parameters as a result of their comparison in the microprocessor controller.EFFECT: possibility to increase operational reliability of a system and to realise the method without stationary sources of power supply.10 cl, 1 dwg |
