The present invention provides a filler for wrinkle removal, which has a long tubular main body used in a procedure by penetrating subcutaneous layers and enables cells of tissues near the main body to move to the inside of the main body and form a fiber tissue. The filler for wrinkle removal has holes which are connected from the outer circumference of a main body to a hollow part formed inside the main body in a longitudinal direction. The filler for wrinkle removal according to the present invention enables procedure at various wrinkle sites such as deep wrinkles and the like without deformation or movement by pressure or external forces after being inserted to subcutaneous layers and semi-permanently maintains the effect.
