PURPOSE: A device to prevent submarine phenomenon of a seat belt for a vehicle is provided to prevent the submarine phenomenon due to crash accident by stably supporting a lower body of a passenger through lowering rotary angle of a buckle with a latching structure of a first interrupted member and a second interrupted member according to the front movement of a seat. CONSTITUTION: A device to prevent submarine phenomenon of a seat belt for a vehicle comprises a fixed rail(10) and a transfer rail(20). The fixed rail includes a first interrupted member(15). A buckle(21) is shaft-connected to rotate the transfer rail within a range of specific angle. A second interrupted member(25) is equipped on the end of the buckle to be hung in the first interrupted member. The buckle is fixed to be rotated in the front while the second interrupted member is hung on the first interrupted member when sliding to the front along the fixed rail. |
