<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding agent for bonding an air electrode of a cell of a solid oxide fuel cell with an inter-connector, in which an electric resistance is sufficiently small and bonding strength is sufficiently large even if a sintering temperature is set at a comparatively low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: Powder of each metal elements (Mn, Co) which can compose a transition metal oxide (MnCo<SB>2</SB>O<SB>4</SB>) having a spinel type crystal structure is a starting raw material. The paste containing the above powder mixture is sintered in a state of the same being interposed between the air electrode and the inter-connector to obtain the bonding agent. The bonding agent is of a spherical particles exposing a plurality of crystal faces on its surface and contains particles having a side of 1 μm or longer out of a plurality of sides composing an outline of the crystal faces. Diameters of the particles are 5-80 μm. As compared with a bonding agent formed of powder of a spinel system material (MnCo<SB>2</SB>O<SB>4</SB>) as a starting raw material, this has a small electric resistance and moreover a larger bonding strength. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
