FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of human being motion in fluid, viscous or loose medium using human muscles. Proposed device is available in three versions. In compliance with first version, it is composed of orthogonal valve with two articulated parts, one made up of vane making a limited orthogonal turn relative to second drive part composed of means designed to drive aforesaid turning part. Orthogonal valve drive is composed of orthogonal fins. For control over said fins, it comprises elastic tensioned elements to parallel the articulation. In compliance with second version, is differs from known designs in that aforesaid drive is composed of orthogonal modules in "to laps" version including orthogonal fins secured thereat.
