<p>A flow sensor for directly measuring a large amount of fluid is disclosed. The flow sensor includes a hard conductive transfer unit and a sensor member connected to the transfer unit by a conductive connection unit. The sensor member includes a plate-shaped transfer board on which at least one temperature sensor and a heating member are arranged. Furthermore, a stable enclosure is provided. The sensor member and the transfer unit are partially and mutually enclosed with the enclosure. The lower and upper parts of the sensor member are not enclosed with the enclosure and can be circulated without the disturbance of the fluid to be measured.</p> |
