The present invention pertains to a sensor device capable of easily obtaining a reference phase difference and a corresponding reference voltage, using the device itself. The sensor device 100 comprises: a first signal generator SG1 that generates at least either a first frequency signal f1 or a second frequency signal f2; a second signal generator SG2 that generates at least either the first frequency signal f1 or the second frequency signal f2; and a calculation unit 140 capable of being connected to both the first signal generator SG1 and the second signal generator SG2. The calculation unit 140: obtains the reference phase difference between a first reference signal and a second reference signal, said first reference signal being obtained as a result of the first frequency signal f1 being generated from the first signal generator SG1 in a state in which the calculation unit 140 is connected to the first signal generator SG1 and said second reference signal being obtained as a result of the second frequency signal f2 being generated from the second signal generator SG2, in a state in which the calculation unit 140 is connected to the second signal generator SG2; and calculates a reference voltage corresponding to the reference phase difference, from the first reference signal and the second reference signal, using the heterodyne method. |
