The present invention relates to a black box device. The black box device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an impact sensor module sensing the impact added to a vehicle; a camera module filming driving images of the vehicle; a wireless transmission module connected to an external server through a wireless network; and a microprocessor module generating static images from the driving images filmed through the camera module at an impact generation point when the impact greater than a reference value is sensed through the impact sensor module and transmitting the first accident information including the static images and the second accident information including the user information of the vehicle which is previously stored to the external server through the wireless transmission module.
