A method and a system for direct payment using a mobile device application are disclosed. The direct payment method comprises the following steps of: transmitting, to an SDP server, a payment and identification information about a specified member store when a user mobile device with a direct payment application receives a member store identification information provided by the SDP server by operating the direct payment application and the user specifies the member store identification information and inputs the payment; requesting an payment approval by transmitting information about a user and a payment to a member store terminal corresponding to the member store identification information by the SDP server; and sending, to a financial institution server, a request for wire transfer of the payment from an account of the user to an account of the member store by the SDP server if the member store terminal approves the payment. According to the present invention, the direct payment method allows a user to pay a price without cash by transferring the payment using a bank account when a small amount of money required for everyday life is paid. Also, the service uses a VAN network but the internet, therefore, a VAN provider is not required and a direct service using wire transfer between a member store and a user is provided.
