The present invention relates to an intelligent battery sensor device using a hall sensor. The intelligent battery sensor device using a hall sensor according to the present invention is characterized in that there is no degradation of durability due to abrasion by not being directly in contact with a measured body and there is no degradation of performance. The intelligent battery sensor device using a hall sensor indirectly measures a current by using a hall sensor having small output characteristics caused by temperature changes, the hall sensor outputting the size of a magnetic field changed by the size of a current in an analog way. The present invention detects the current, the voltage, and the temperature by using CCO, does not use shunt resistance, has a simpler structure than using an analog-digital converter, and minimizes an area because a digital filter is not used.
