The device has a jaw (1) swiveling around an axle (3) and equipped with a notch (4) on a shuttle (2). The notch is introduced into a parallelogram shaped ring (10) positioned on another shuttle (9). A spring (8) is positioned around the axle for allowing closing of the jaw, where pressure is applied on the jaw to open the jaw to release the ring from the notch and separate the former shuttle from the latter shuttle. The jaw comprises a vertical semi-ring (5) positioned on top of the jaw.
