The device has a conical support provided with a cylindrical recess and a piston. A nut is screwed on the conical support such that the piston is slid in the cylindrical recess and comes into obstinate on the nut. The piston comprises a drilling head that is equipped with two wings. A foot of the piston comprises a notch to receive a revolving screwdriver or an electric tool. The conical support is equipped with a turntable support of a blade (4) having grooves (5) with different geometry.
