The present invention relates to a polycarbonate-based resin composition and a molded product using the resin composition. The polycarbonate-based resin composition consists of a specific amount of a sulfonate-based flame retardant modified with lactone, thereby providing the polycarbonate resin with excellent flame retardance and a repeated structure unit. A polycarbonate-based resin is a linear polycarbonate resin or a branched polycarbonate resin.
