The present invention relates to a coupling method for the deformed re-bar and spiral re-bar of a nail for a soil cutting face installation panel including a step of forming a soil cutting face (200) by cutting a slope; a step of inserting a nail (100) into the cutting slope (200); a step of installing a panel (300) on the front surface of the soil cutting face (200); and a step of forming a retaining wall by connecting the panel (300) to the nail (100). The nail (100) is made of a connection member (100) which interconnects a deformed re-bar (120) on the front surface and a spiral re-bar (130) on the rear surface. The present invention firmly tightens the deformed re-bar inside a wedge and firmly binds the deformed re-bar to the spiral re-bar when the wedge of a front case moves forwards by being applied with tension after installation and uses the binder of the deformed re-bar and the spiral re-bar as a nail.
