The rack (2) has a toothed zone (3) extending over fraction of length of a rack body and placed on a side of a cylindrical elongated body (7) e.g. rod, and a tube with circular section, where width (L) of the toothed zone is greater than outside diameter (d) of the elongated body. The toothed zone is welded against the elongated body and designed as an insertion plate. A tooth is formed directly on the side of the elongated body away from the toothed zone. A plane of a top part of teeth (8) in the toothed zone is radially moved relative to a longitudinal axis of the elongated body.
