<p>The system (200) has a rack (205) comprising multiple levels that are subdivided into storage locations (206), where positioning and/or sampling of products inside the storage locations at a given level is assured by a carriage (209). A carriage riser (210b) and product risers (210a, 210c) move the carriage and/or a product from one level to another level. The rack is provided with a structure that comprises posts and cross-pieces. The risers comprise a lift strut cooperating with guiding units of a platform.
