A lead securement sheet (4) for an electrocardiographic electrode (1) is disclosed, which comprises an urging section (5) for urging an electrocardiographic electrode lead (2), an attaching/separating section (7) to be manipulated to attach and separate the sheet and an adhesive section (6) to be bonded to the skin of a man. The urging and attaching/separating sections are not sticky, while the adhesive section is sticky.
