The device (12) has a substrate (13) on which a pyrotechnic chain interruption flap (14) is placed, where the flap is movable in translation and maintained immobilized by an axial acceleration bolt (17) and a centrifugal bolt. The acceleration bolt is released as a result of application of acceleration communicated to a missile during firing, and the centrifugal bolt is released as a result of rotation of the missile. The centrifugal bolt includes a locking finger (22) integrated to the substrate by a flexible tab (23).
