In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an X-ray image sensing device with multiple pixels comprising: a photodiode which generates charges by sensing X-rays; a power terminal and a pixel terminal which are connected to both ends of the photodiode, respectively; and a capacitor which is connected between the photodiode and a detection terminal, includes a channel and a gate; and stores the charges of the photodiode in the channel.
