Disclosed are a production method of multifunctional rice drink, and the multifunctional rice drink. The production method of the multifunctional rice drink comprises the following steps: a rice preprocessing step of removing foreign substances from constant amount of rice by washing with purified water, mixing the purified water and the washed rice in a ratio of 1:1, inserting 1-5 wt% of fermentation spirit into the mixture, and aging the mixture at 3-5 for 7 days; a medical herb concentrate production step of removing foreign substances from medical herb materials containing more than two medical herbs with purified water, crushing the whole ingredients into 5-35 mm, and inserting the crushed ingredients and 10-20 times the amount of purified water into an extractor and firstly extracting the mixture by heating at 95-100 for 4-5 hours to obtain medical herb concentrate; a rice decomposition step of inserting the preprocessed rice material and 10-20 times the amount of purified water into an extraction tank, and extracting a rice decomposition material by heating the mixture at 95-100 for 2 hours; and a rice drink mixture step of mixing 90 wt% of rice decomposition material obtained from the rice decomposition step and 10 wt% of medical herb concentrate obtained from the medical herb concentrate production step to obtain a rice decomposition medical herb extract, and adding 5 wt% of fructo-oligosaccharide and 5 wt% of additives into the rice decomposition medical herb extract to make 100 wt%.
