摘要 PURPOSE: A synthesis method of a carbon nanotube pellet for a polymer composite is provide to be easy to handle as a flowing phenomenon is less than powder carbon nanotubes with a low density. CONSTITUTION: A synthesis method of a carbon nanotube pellet for a polymer composite comprises a step of manufacturing kneading by mixing catalyst powder formed in powder for synthesizing carbon nanotubes, with a solution; a step of by making the catalyst/solution kneading to a pellet or granule form using a pelletizer or an extruder and drying; and a step of synthesizing a carbon nanotube assembly in a pellet or granule form by reacting the dried pellet or granular catalyst in a reactor. The solution is a solution of an aqueous solution, alcohols of methanol and ethanol, and an organic solution of benzene and toluene. The catalyst powder is catalyst powder manufactured by a method including a dipping method used for dipping a catalyst in a carrier, a co-precipitation method, and a combustion method.
